This is your new beginning…
Haven and Bloom was born from a deep belief that every parent deserves to feel supported, rested, and confident in the early days of postpartum life. The weeks after birth bring immense physical and emotional changes, and having guidance and care during this time can make a world of difference. Through calm, compassionate doula care, I help families find their footing — offering emotional support, practical guidance, and a peaceful presence during this tender season.
🌸 About Me
Hi, I’m Chanthal Vasquez — I’m based in New York, and caring for families has been woven into my life in such a natural, unexpected way.
I started working as a nanny, not realizing that those early moments — tiny hands, tired parents, the quiet in-between hours — would shape the path I’m on today.
As the years passed, I grew up alongside the families I supported. I learned how to show up gently, how to listen without rushing, and how to create a sense of calm even on the hardest days. I discovered how much I love helping parents feel grounded, seen, and genuinely supported.
That love for nurturing families is what led me to postpartum work — offering in-home support, overnight care, and gentle guidance during the tender weeks after birth. My services are centered around meeting you where you are, easing the transition, and helping your home feel peaceful again.
I’d be honored to learn your story, too, and walk with you through this beautiful, transformative season.
